「祭拜幫手」（以下稱「本 App」）重視您的隱私。本政策說明本 App 如何處理使用者資料。

一、我們蒐集哪些資料

本 App 目前不會要求您建立帳號，也不會蒐集您的姓名、電話、電子郵件、位置、聯絡人、照片、相機、麥克風、廣告 ID 或其他可直接識別個人身分的資料。

本 App 會在您的裝置本機儲存以下設定資料：

是否已完成首次設定
您選擇啟用的拜拜提醒偏好，例如神明、祖先、土地公、地基主、節慶祭拜等類型
上述資料僅用於在 App 內判斷今日或指定日期是否有拜拜事項，並顯示供品、香、金紙與流程建議。

二、資料如何使用

本 App 使用本機設定資料來提供以下功能：

顯示今日是否有固定拜拜事項
顯示農曆、日期與拜拜日資訊
依使用者偏好顯示相關拜拜事項
顯示供品、香、金紙與其他準備物品
顯示拜拜流程參考
保留您的偏好設定，方便下次開啟 App 時繼續使用
三、資料是否會上傳或分享

本 App 目前不會將您的拜拜偏好或使用設定上傳至開發者伺服器。

本 App 不會販售、出租或與第三方分享您的個人資料。

本 App 使用 Google Play 提供的應用程式更新服務，以便在 Google Play 有新版時提示更新。此功能由 Google Play / Android 系統服務處理版本檢查與更新流程，相關資料處理依 Google 的服務條款與隱私權政策為準；開發者不會因此取得您的個人資料。

四、裝置備份

本 App 的設定資料儲存在您的裝置中。若您的 Android 裝置啟用了系統備份功能，部分 App 設定資料可能會依 Android 或 Google 帳戶備份設定進行備份或還原。這類備份由 Android 系統與 Google 帳戶服務處理。

五、資料保存與刪除

本 App 的設定資料會保存在您的裝置中，直到您：

在 App 內恢復預設偏好
清除 App 資料
解除安裝本 App
若您解除安裝本 App，本機儲存的設定資料通常會一併刪除；但若您啟用了 Android 系統備份，重新安裝後可能會由系統還原部分設定。

六、兒童隱私

本 App 並非專為兒童設計，也不會刻意蒐集兒童個人資料。

七、資料安全

本 App 目前不會將使用者偏好傳送至開發者伺服器。儲存在裝置中的資料會受到 Android 系統本身的應用程式沙盒與裝置安全機制保護。

八、政策變更

若本 App 未來新增帳號、雲端同步、通知、分析、廣告、購買或其他會影響資料處理方式的功能，我們會更新本隱私權政策，並依 Google Play 規定於必要時提供適當揭露。

“Worship Helper” (hereinafter referred to as “this App”) values your privacy. This policy explains how this App handles user data.

1. What Data We Collect

This App currently does not require you to create an account, and does not collect your name, phone number, email address, location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, advertising ID, or any other data that can directly identify you personally.

This App stores the following setting data locally on your device:

Whether the initial setup has been completed
The worship reminder preferences you choose to enable, such as deities, ancestors, Tudigong, Dijizhu, festival worship, and other types

The above data is used only within the App to determine whether there are worship-related items for today or a specified date, and to display suggestions for offerings, incense, joss paper, and worship procedures.

2. How Data Is Used

This App uses local setting data to provide the following functions:

Display whether there are fixed worship-related items today
Display lunar calendar information, dates, and worship day information
Display relevant worship-related items based on user preferences
Display offerings, incense, joss paper, and other preparation items
Display worship procedure references
Retain your preference settings so that you can continue using them the next time you open the App

3. Whether Data Is Uploaded or Shared

This App currently does not upload your worship preferences or usage settings to the developer’s server.

This App does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

This App uses the application update service provided by Google Play in order to prompt updates when a new version is available on Google Play. This function is handled by Google Play / Android system services for version checking and the update process. Relevant data processing is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The developer does not obtain your personal data as a result of this function.

4. Device Backup

This App’s setting data is stored on your device. If your Android device has system backup enabled, some App setting data may be backed up or restored according to your Android or Google Account backup settings. Such backups are handled by the Android system and Google Account services.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

This App’s setting data is stored on your device until you:

Restore default preferences within the App
Clear the App’s data
Uninstall this App

If you uninstall this App, the locally stored setting data will usually be deleted as well. However, if you have enabled Android system backup, some settings may be restored by the system after reinstalling the App.

6. Children’s Privacy

This App is not specifically designed for children, and does not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

7. Data Security

This App currently does not transmit user preferences to the developer’s server. Data stored on the device is protected by Android’s built-in application sandbox and device security mechanisms.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this App adds account features, cloud synchronization, notifications, analytics, advertisements, purchases, or other features that may affect how data is processed in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate disclosures when necessary in accordance with Google Play requirements.
